- ›+ adjective: It looks expensive.
- ›+ like + noun / clause: It sounds like a scaling problem.
- ›+ as if / as though + clause: She looks as if she's exhausted.
- ›see / hear + object + -ing (in progress) or + base verb (complete action).
Examples
- “This proposal feels rushed.”
- “It sounds like they've already decided.”
- “I saw him leave / I saw him leaving the building.”
