Rules & form
- ›too + adjective: The price is too high (more than we want).
- ›adjective + enough: This isn't fast enough (less than we need).
- ›enough + noun: We have enough budget for this project.
- ›too much (uncountable) / too many (countable): too much noise, too many emails.
Examples
- “The lead time is too long for our current needs.”
- “Is the conference room big enough for 20 people?”
- “We don't have enough information to make a decision.”
Watch out · enough big ✗ → big enough ✓.

- ›Negative: might not (could not usually means inability).
- ›Use when you are not 100% sure (unlike will).
- ›Adverbs like probably or maybe often accompany these.
