Drill 1 — Make it polite
Rewrite each sentence as a polite request using can or could.

Drill 2 — Prepositions of time & place
Complete with at, on, in or to.

Bridge → The case will need: (a) polite can / could requests to book, move or join meetings, (b) precise prepositions of time and place so nobody is late or in the wrong room.
